The Big Boss Turbo is made with a very robust design to withstand the toughest heat cycle conditions adding reliability with performance and efficiency. The industry-exclusive stainless steel turbine housing design is built to enhance airflow with consistency. A 1.45 A/R ratio keeps the drive pressure within standards to keep the turbo in its efficiency range to improve performance efficiency. This advanced design of the turbo utilizes a V-band style which eliminates the need for the traditional o-ring design of some engines. Like all PDI products, they are designed to make more horsepower and create more efficiency so you save money while making the drive more enjoyable.

Ecstatically pleased with Big boss turbo +manifold

I researched and asked everyone I could for advice after getting a good ole boy back yard 625 flash file put in my 2003 379 C 15 . I couldn't have been happier with the power increase and I never would have figured there would be that much difference adding 100 hp. My only problem was keeping 1 eye on the pyrometer all the time because it didn't matter if you were loaded or empty , pulling a mtn. or easing along a flat rd. , if you had a 10 sec day dream and logged it at 1500 or less I was gonna melt the pistons before I could blink twice . It would have been a tragedy for to have to turn the power down after driving like that even once but it would have been even a bigger tragedy to have to spend 25k to rebuild it and turn it down and there's no doubt that's where I was headed and the second to last thing I wanted to do is spend 2950.00 on a turbo and 1600.00 on a manifold only to find out I wasted a pocket full of money . Well the only way I am is honest and I can tell you for sure I was scared but decided to give it a shot so i ordered the Big Boss Turbo and manifold and if i knew then what i know now , i would be HAPPY TO GIVE DOUBLE WHAT I PAID for them as I figure they will come close to doubling the life of my engine. Horsepower makes heat and heat takes the life out of everything, if you can't get rid of most of the heat that new hp makes youll be in the shop before you know it .when PDI says there turbo and manifold will add 10 or 15 pounds of boost , increase fuel mileage, increase horsepower it seems crazy to think that it would do that and drop your exhaust gas temperature 300 degrees but if you dont believe them , believe me because I'm in no way affiliated with them and have no reason to blow smoke up your --- . What I bought from them did exactly what they said it would and then some .

Detroit 60 series egr

I bought a kit from pdi for my Detroit series 60 14L turbo, exhaust manifold all the pipes that bypass the egr cooler and I love it engine started to run much cooler with more horsepower and better fuel efficiency. I’ve been using it for 3+ years awesome product.
